Tuesday, June 5th, 2007

OK, I admit it. Now that it’s summer, my reading list is much heavier on the “fun” side of things. However, I still at least make an effort to read a few books here and there that apply to my professional life.

When I can put down the latest from Laurie Notaro and get serious, here’s my list of recent and proposed reading:

Made To Stick I haven’t read this one yet, but would like to. Anyone else read this?

Net Words: Creating High-Impact Online Copy This is a great reminder of the rules behind good online copy. It’s also a good primer for folks new to online copywriting.

Waiting For Your Cat To Bark
Some interesting recommendations on shifting marketing to better align with today’s in-control consumers of emerging media.

The Web Content Style Guide Even as a nerd-o content geek, I cannot bring myself to “read” this book. But it is good to have around.

Since I assume that everyone carries a backpack to and from work that contains reading material for your bus ride to work (like I do) — do tell: What’s in your backpack?
