Martha is CEO and Co-Founder of The Social Lights, a social media marketing agency aimed at helping businesses grow by fostering meaningful human connections. In 6 years since founding TSL, Martha and her team have helped over 90 brands and trained over 175 individuals in strengthening their social capabilities. She and her team revolutionize the way clients develop relationships with their customers through training, content production, strategy development, advertising, and community management services.
